Possible to change out water pump by myself?? and how

check the water pipes and flexible joints that may have a hole which will drain out the cooling water and this will be known by supervision of the cooling water level

The water pump is a possibility. It could also be a head gasket leak into the water jacket. At idle the pressure may not be enough to overheat the engine, but acceleration would cause rapid overheating.

Water pump is sealed to the block with a gasket, yes. I would replace the water pump and gasket at the same time. Yes you should be able to tackle that.

If someone who knows how to change a timing belt didnt do it, then it is most likely wrong. Timing belts are one of the more delicate things to change. it the gear/pully, location needs to be marked on the block with the #1 cylinder at TDC (top dead center) before removal or it will be installed wrong. There are multiple possibilities that could cause it. Your best bet would probably be to take it to a mechanic for a tune-up. If you wanted to do it yourself then you could:
- Change the spark plugs
- Change your timing belt
- Transmission fluid change (if its never been changed)
- Check your air filter and change if dirty
- Could also to the tensioner, roller and water pump - but I'd advise the above options first

hello,yes you can do it,first remove negative cable of battery,remove all belt,remove engine fan,shroud,water pump pulley,then remove water pump,installing in vise versa, ty
