Oil change every 3000 miles

air filter inspect every 3000 miles // less if you in the country
Change every 12,000 miles

There is nothing to lube on a modern day car!

Wheel bearing inspect every 12,000 miles.

Fuel filter 24,000 miles or less

Tire rotation is depending on are you a lead foot driver.
Keep tabs on the rear treads.
The rear wear faster on RWD car.
The idea is keep the wear even.

Shop around, some shop is offering free tire rotation with oil change!

My car just reached 50,000 miles what kind of service does it need?

If you have a certain repair shop that you normally go to.They should be keeping you informed on what you should be maintaining on your vehicle. The maintenance schedule usually goes by every 3k mile intervals. You change your oil every 3k miles, rotate tires at 6k.Tires should be rotated every 6k miles or every other oil change.Have alignment checked at 15k.You should have your brakes checked, air filter, belt, fuel filter, pcv valve. If you don`t have a regular repair shop that you go to.You should find one.Don`t just hit the quick lubes for an oil change when you get a chance.Like I said a good repair shop will keep you informed on your vehicle and should explain any problem with your vehicle.Hope this helps.Good luck.

I changed the oil. Do I need to grease it?

HI. It is a good rule to have a lube inspection preformed during every scheduled oil change. This will cover all lube points at the front and rear axle assemblies and steering assemblies, as well.

With that said; if you are not hearing any sounds that may indicate that you do, indeed, need a lube job, I would not recommend it at this time.

If your brakes need changing will your maintenance required light come on?

No the maintenance light comes on at a set mileage interval to remind you that your vehicle will be do for oil or some other scheduled maintenance. Low brakes will not trigger the light. If there is a serious problem with the braking system it will trigger the red brake light on the dash.

Looking at a 95 rodeo with 115000 mile what can i expect as far as maintenance/tune ups?

Really depends on whether the maintenance has been kept up on it with records and how hard the car has been driven. Hopefully its been taken care of. I'd say a minor tune up. Plugs, wires, oil change. Check and possibly change tranny fluid. It should be good, that engine will go 250,000 - 300,000 miles without much trouble if you take care of it. True story. Hope it helps!
