Hi i got a lexus LS 400 1994 and my starter die out, but i couldn't find where the starter at.have any idea where they located at?

The starter is located in the valley under the intake manifold. you must remove the intake to access the starter. its a pretty involved job. when reassembling take your time and make sure that every wire is plugged in and every vacum line is connected.

problem could be stopped up fuel filter if car dies when you drive car has a lean fuel system need more gas on acceleration which is a rich fuel mixture.

The starter of your car is located and hidden under the top part of the engine, in the very center. They locating the starter inside the engine. You may also need intake.

that is very possible if the starter is drawing to many amps it will kill a battery in a short time
watch your volt meter ill bet it jumps to 14volts after starting

Step by step instructions to change starter/94 Lexus LS400
Disconnect the battery.
Disconnect the wires from the starter.
Unbolt & remove the starter.
Bolt the new starter into place.
Connect the wires to the starter.
Connect the battery cables.

1994 Lexus LS400, Location of the Starter ? ?
The starter pinion gear engages into the fly wheel so therefore, its should be mounted where the motor bolts to the transmission. On most V-8's, like you have, it will be on the underside of the motor. Most likely, on the passenger side. Hope this helps. Good luck.
