Have you modified the radio in any way? Added an external amp? Sounds as if your radio is drawing too much current or is wired into the lighting circuit. Does radio work normally while the lights go out?
The module that controls operation cud hav issues. But its usually connectd w otherthings too. A car harness wire or bad radio also. Disconnect batt a few min and see if itclears. Or bring vehicle for a scan at autozone
When the radio stopped working (was this the factory radio?), did you lose any other electrical accessories or lights/interior lamps? How did you determine that the fuses were OK? Did you have any work done on the car just before the radio stopped working? Do you have an aftermarket vehicle security system? Sorry for all the questions, but the answers will help in diagnosing the problem.
You could have a short some where in the wiring. If its an aftermarket radio see if you can pull it out and check to be sure all wires are properly done.
