There are fuses located in there places. One is under the hood. one is on the drivers side in the kick panel and another on the passenger side in the kick panel. The a/c is on the passenger side.
Fuse panel should be on the passenger side , up under the glove box.
There are two fuse boxes one is under the hood of the car and the other is located on the driverside under the dash i seen them right under the dash and ive seen them behind a storage compartment in the dash on the driverside

Your fuses on the '93 Camry are usually located behind the coinbox panel on the dashboard, somewhere near your knee.

Look behind the driverside kick panel. There is a removable panel. You will find the fusebox behind that panel.
