1995 GMC Suburban. The interior power door lock switches not work
1995 GMC Suburban. The interior power door lock switches do not lock or unlock the doors at all,the keyless entry fob locks and unlocks the doors no problem....whats up with that?

Take The Driverside Control panel Off The Door,And Check Conection On The Main Switches,These Vehicles Have Locks On Them, And If They get loose The Stop Working,Also Check The Little Switch Towards The Front of Panel,It Also May Be Loose,Use Caution,The Clips Are Fragile..

no one fuse, check the connections for switch, one may have been knocked loose. does lock open manually and is it hard? actuator may have failed or rubbing and resisting . hope this helps
if the key does not turn the lock spray it out with wd 40 run key in and out of lock few times.because everyone uses remotes to open their cars the waffers in the door locks get coroded and wont fall in proper place when key is inserted.give it good cleaning and see if it will unlock
Check the fuse and circuit breaker "A". I have the same problem except I am missing the circuit breaker. There was a circuit breaker that was jury rigged with some wires that worked for awhile until the wires broke.
be sure all mechanical parts of lock are lubed and free to move lock catches could be to close to each other making it to hard for the actuator to pull
this problem i have repaired many times.. it is normally a broken wire in the flexible rubber tube between the door and the doorjamb from years of flexing back and forth when you open and close the door.. i hope that helps
there is a relay but if it were bad none of your locks would work. your problem is the door lock motor it is a little electric motor that actuates the lock. its also called a door lock actuator. kind of expensive and a little difficult to replace.
I fixed mine by using fine steel wool to clean the brass contacts located at the right upper door frame on the right door as viewed from the rear of the vechicle.
