NEED TO KNOW THE FUSE BOX DIAGRAM FOR LAND ROVER

Unlikely to be a fuse blown. Doesn't your Discovery have Daytime Running Lights? If so the right side might be a blown fuse. If the rear lights are on, that mean you have the nighttime lights on.

My mother worked at Land Rover in Solihull for 12 years. :>)

Passenger compartment fuse box is located below an to the side of the steering column. Remove cover using a coin or small screwdriver and turning 90 degrees.

They seem to suffer with funky electrics

Look in the fuse box and there should be a diagram showing which fuse it is. If that doesn't work, take it to a mechanic and they can do it for you.

I believe you mean RELAY. You will find this relay in the engine compartment fuse box located just behind the battery. Diagram on the inside of the lid.

The Horn Relay, (R133), i shidden

This is a Field Effect Transistor that is built into the circuit board that is mounted to the back of the fuse box that is located behind the lower glove box door on the passenger side of the 3. The related 15 amp fuse, 12P, is mounted in this fuse box and is often called F12P, where F is for fuse, and P is for Passenger compartment.

This is to help differentiate from another fuse and relay box, (the usual kind), that is located beside the starting battery in the Engine compartment. FxxE is often used in the naming of those fuses.

the haynes manual sold at advanced auto or auto zone would give a full diagram of fuse location

There is a cable from the battey to the fuse box we had to replace that caused the radio to go off, then the speedometer and then no power from battery.

Cig fuse is F10 (15amp fuse) and the fuse box is located behind the driver's side cubby box.
