016 is crankshaft position sensor. This needs to be diagnosed properly. Alot of times this part is replaced when an underlying condition is really the cause.
441 is an evaporative emmisions leak or a faulty purge or vent solenoid This vehicle also may have an vapor management valve so diagnosing is best so you dont replace the wrong parts when maybe the whole problem was a bad fuel cap or a vacuum leak somewhere.
And the 0135 is the 02 sensor heater circuit. This usually points to a faulty sensor and if so both upstream sensors will need replacing soon.
Now with all those codes I wonder if they happen all at once. There should be no way thier related but if they all happen at once I would start by removing the battery terminals and cleaning. And any grounds on the engine or body under the hood, clean them also. Most likely this isnt your issue but its the one thing you can do for free that might help. Then get the codes cleared. Disconnecting the battery may erase the codes.. If the codes come back you will need to get them addressed.

I DONT KNOW WHERE MY EVAP PURGE SYSTEM IS LOCATED AT ON MY 2004 DODGE INTREPID I NEVER SEEN ONE B4, BUT I TOOK THE EMISSIONS TEST AND A CODE CAME BACK PO441 IT CAUSED ME TO FAIL THE TEST I NEED TO GET THIS...

Yep the P0441 is : The evaporative emission control bad purge flow. You wont be able to run the component test for this issue without a good scan-tool of component tester. It may have to do with the flow control valve. It should be located next to the charcoal canister.

if the air filter was recently inspected or changed, look for the vacuum hose to be disconnected from the valve located on the air filter cover. another source may be the gas cap either loose or with the tether strap caught under it preventing a proper seal
