Could be a broken belt in one of the tires or a bad u-joint to the drive-shaft ...did you visually look under the car for any obvious obstruction as well as check all the lug nuts on the tires ..last night someone loosened all my lug nuts to my front tire and replaced the cap ...luckily i found the issue be4ore venturing further ...guess that was my trick and not a treat for Halloween ...,as well it may be exhaust , or a mudflap loose ..look for the obvious as well it may be a wheel bearing or loose caliper bolts or a bad ball joint jack the car up and see if you can move the tire from side to side and or up and down back n forth if there is a lot of play i d say wheel bearing ball-joint tie rod end or along them lines .......i hope these few areas were of assistance to you to inspect for starters
Check the front left cv joint for the 4wd. if the joint is coming apart it will bounce around until it finally breaks. be careful and do not drive this to much longer without a proper inspection.
