My Nissa Pathfinder 1997 will not start it might

My Nissan Pathfinder 1997 will not start it might be to the alarm system ignition kill. is there another battery or fuse or sensor controling the alarm system this is the factory alarm system Im talking about . How can I get my pathfinder to start again ?

    no it will not crank
    lights and radio work it just doesnt crank
    we had not issues with the started before or anything like that

    the stock system on the pathfinder will operate with just the key. sounds like there might be other issues. will the vehicle crank?

Youre going to need to get a volt meter and have someone hold the key in the start posistion while someone else goes under the vehicle and test to see if there is voltage at the starters smaller wire. if there is, replace the starter.

Sometimes the alarm box is under the dash on the drivers side. Did you try using the key to lock and unlock the driver side door? Some vehicles this will deactivate the alarm.

I have a 1997 nissan pathfinder it wont start because of the security system how do you bypass the system.
thought I was the only one! I found it by accident... take the key out of ignition, open the back glass with key lift open then close glass back.... this resets the security system.....
my car did this 5 times, I would call for someone to jump me off thiking it was battery.... then when I got cables out it would start I finally realizes I was resetting sec, sytem//

yeah disconnect the alarm system from the car..... so many time when this happens the alarm system for some reason keeps the car from starting. if you can disconnet he alarm the car should start.
