I Have a 1968 Ford Fairlane and i need to know how to set the points on a single point distributor ASAP Please Thank You

The points should be set with a dwell meter to 27 degrees. Without a dwell meter you could use a feeler gauge and set them at 20 thousandths of an inch. You'll also have to reset the timing because point dwell changes the timing.

I need to know where the timing mark are for a 1997 ford escort

Directly above the timing cover on the front of your engine there will be a small plate (inch or so big)with a notch cut in the middle which is your 0 degree timing point. You will need a timing light in order to check that reference point to what your vehicle is currently running at. If you need any explanation to check with a timing light I can walk you through that as well its simple

I need to know how to se all the timing and were

to see all the timing componant you need to strip down the motor and remove the timing cover. The arrow on the crank gear points at an opposing arrow on the block, nomally located straight up, the arrow on the cam gear point/line up with the notch in the plastic housing that goes around the timing system.

I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO ALLIGN A 2003 DAEWOO NUBIRA TIMING BELT.

If you have the 2.0 L engine, then the two cam marks should point upward to match the notches in the valve cover. The crankshaft notch should point downwards to match the V notch in the lip of the oil pan. Hope this helps...
