Vehicle stopped running and no fuel changed pump and filter, still no power to pump but have power at fuel pump relay no voltage to pump. any assistantance would be greatly appretiated.
If the crankshaft sensor is bad, ECM will give no voltage to the pump. It is design to stop the pump running in a case the engine stop during an accident. Check it out. Good luck.

I don't think you can on that vehicle-probably not a code, anyway. Check the fuel pump relay, it may be stuck on. Should be located in the power distribution box under hood. Pull it out-pump should stop-swap in a different relay to test. If pump still runs on with new relay, the wiring to the relay needs checked.
You could try changeing the fuel filter its located under the drivers door mounted to the frame in the fuel line . But the most likely thing that it could be is the fuel pump. You could check fuse # 9 its a 20 AMP in the fuse box that feeds the relay located in the glove box but on this vehicle even if the relay wore bad the vehicle would still start it would just crank for a longer time . the fuel pump has a beck up power supply also feed from fuse #9 that runs through the oil pressure sending unit. So if its not the fuse its the pump or a bad connection at the pump and that is located inside the fuel tank witch needs to be droped to replace the fuel pumpGood luck with it but this is a common issue with blazers
Could be that the fuel pump relay is bad, have you switch out the fuel pump relay with another relay of the same specs. If that doesn't work, then check if there is another fuse that related to the fuel pump, could be like those fuse under your kick box panel if it is blown. If not, you could have bad fuse box.
when replacing fuel pumps on alot of chevys its recommended to replace the harness also or you can have repeated fuel pump failures. Do a search on,, why repeat fuel pump failures;; and you'l have some info to go on.
Check the fuse under the dash. Did you replace the inline fuel filter? If not, you could loosen the line going into the filter then turn the key to the on position. The pump should run for about 2 seconds then the relay should kick off. Turn off the key for approx. 5 seconds then cycle key back on and the pump should cycle again. If you get a 2 second burst of fuel each time then the pump is cycling. Install a new fuel filter and check the grounded wire by the tank. Hope this helps. :)
Check your connections. did you run the fuel pump wiring under the drivers side door sash like GM did?.. if so check for nicks in the wire or bending or cracks.. this happens.. happened to me. check your fuel pressure. 40 dollar part at an auto store. If its below 59 PSI it wont work. And blazers are very intolerable to low fuel pressure. Also try taking the negative post off your battery for a little while and then putting it back on and if you can get it started again drive around (if its safe and running decent) for at least 30 minutes to get your car computer system acclimated to a new functioning part. Did you check the fuel filter?. rule of thumb when a pump goes change the filter its always the last thing people expect because we all jump to catastrophic engine failure at the first no start moment. lol. Make sure that all your ducks are in get my drift.. Air oxygen fuel thats the mixture you need to check all those vital parts. before pulling your head off.
Chevy Trucks, Blazers, S10 pickup and the like will vapor lock ecspecially the 2000 models. Do not tighten the gas cap past 1 click. There is a tube that runs from the top of the tank down and this gets hot and collapses or burns in half. We just bought a reinforced rubber tube cut it to lengh and use it instead of part and it's worked grat for 2 years so far.
