I have a automatic n/a 1990 300zx that shakes when i put in park

I have a automatic n/a 1990 300zx that shakes when i put it in park and when i hit the gas it stutters and once it gets to about 4000 rpm it takes off fine i changed the air filter spark plugs and gas filter if i drive it to about 10 mph slowly and hit the gas hard it takes off better hope some one can help me thanks

around 75,000 miles, plus or minus 15,000 or so. when you say shaking, do you mean a rough idle? thats not cause by your transmission per se...

Sounds more like a weak fuel pump, idle controller, or well, theres a bunch of reasons you could have a rough idle.
