I assume you mean a front wheel bearing went out?
Remove the axle nut.
Remove the wheel and brake caliper.
Remove the tierod end by first unbolting, then popping it off with a "picklefork" and hammer.
Remove the bottom balljoint.
Either unbolt the whole strut, or remove the spindle from the rest of the strut.
Pull the spindle off the axle splines.
Take the spindle to a press to push out the hollow stub axle.
Remove the bearing retainer.
The press out the bearing.
Do not use a hammer instead of a press, because it will damage the bearing. But you can use the weight of the vehicle like a press if you are really desperate.

I just put new hub bearing inner and outerin my 1992 Ford Explorer 4x4 but there's still a humming noise coming from the hub what is it

ok if you just change the bearing and it still humms ,and you have good tires you would have to change the whole spindel because it may have an egg shape and the bearing is not firm, make sure the big nut is tight

I have a 84 f250 and I need to change the u joint I have the hub apart down to the spindel, I took the nuts of the studs and couldn't get it, so I took the studs out and still can not get it to come...

If you have everything off including the axle nuts you can dry a air hammer with a flat head against the flat surface of it or you might have to use a puller.

How do you remove a siezed bearing from an 06 corrolla spindle

If you have already removed the spindle then you need to look at the inner side of the spindle (that faces teh car) and look for a snap ring (there should be one on one side of the spindle where the bearing is pressed in, if not then the bearing is pressed in and needs to be removed using a bearing press. this can be done by taking it to a local shop and paying them the nominal fee of like $20- $50(depending on their labor rate) and they will also replace the new bearing in it for you, other wise you are going to have to purchase a bearing press for your self.

I have a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 4 wheel drive. I

i have found that you need to first make sure the cv shaft is moving free in the bearing. soak everything with penitrating oil. you should be able to move shaft in & out a little. the hub is a very tight fit. you need to tap it some from side to side untill you see a little gap between hub and spindel. then place the head of a flat screw driver in that gap and all around the hub, prying back and forth where ever possible. soak, tap and pry all over. be hard on it if replacing, more gentle if not. good luck.

2002 1500 4 x 4 Replacing front wheel bearing hub; can't get to the 3 bolts

to start with, that is not a u-joint cover, it is a cv joint. if this is a chevy. you will have to pull the cv shaft out of the spindel. first loosen the outter tierod nut on the spindel, do not take off completely but just so its on finger tight. get a large hammer and hit the spindel right where the tierod goes through it. a couple of good shots and it should drop out take off nut and move outter tierod aside. now you are gonna do the same thing to the lower ball joint. only when your ready to hit that part of the spindel where the ball joint goes through get a prybar under the upper controll arm and get a budy to push up on it. as long as the shock is still bolted on your in no danger. pull the spindel out towards you from the bottom and you will have enough room to pull the shaft out of spindel to get the nuts. you might have to put ball joint back in without shaft in place to hold spindel still to break those bolts loose. make sure you use new cotter pins on ball joint and tierod nuts

Vibration/shaking occurs when breaks are applied

(new roters, callapirs, breaks were installed), this truck is in a cross-over year...old style/new style, are the correct parts being used? if yes, I would check the suspension components under the front end along with hub bearings.
