I got code PO 452, PO 443, PO 449 all EMS codes what do I need to replace and how hard to do your self?

The codes only tell the mechanic what to test, not what to replace.
You would need to get the shop manual for your vehicle to have the test instructions for each code.
Code 452 is a problem with the fuel tank pressure sensor circuit, 443 is evap canister purge and 449 is the vent valve circuit.
The evap system and those components would need to be checked out.

The engine light came on and when tested a code of PO 449 Evap. vent emission control came up. What is this?

DTC P0449 - Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Valve/ Solenoid Circuit Malfunction
The most likely problem is the evap vent solenoid which is mounted under the truck back by the fuel tank. The code is related to the circuit to the solenoid. Most likely the solenoid is shorted or Open which is causing the code to set. The other things to check if the solenoid is not the problem is the wiring to the solenoid could be corroded or broken or damaged. The last thing to suspect is the pcm which is the computer that runs the system. It could have a faulty driver inside, but I would suspect the solenoid or wiring first.

There is a bulletin for the vent solenoids getting dirt or road debris inside of them so when you go to get your solenoid, you may get a kit that will require you to relocate the solenoid and add a section of heater hose and a new inlet which you will need to mount around the passenger side of the trans. This keeps road debris and dirt from getting into the solenoid.

Check Diagnostis Information Procedure.

Hope this helps and just keep in mind that your feedback is important and I'll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

I have a 2008 silverado PU. The engine code PO 449 and PO 455 shows. what problem are these codes

this is an obd2 trouble code table, it can help you understand the meaning of code.
for the p0445, the causes:
A loose or improperly affixed gas cap
A non-conforming gas cap (i.e. not factory/original brand)
Other leak or damaged piece in EVAP system
Possible Solutions:
Remove and reinstall the gas cap, clear the codes, and drive for a day and see if the codes come back.
Otherwise, replace the gas cap, and/or
Inspect the EVAP system for cuts/holes in tubes/hoses (you may hear a vacuum noise or smell fuel), repair if necessary.
I know this tool can help you clear the code.

'99 olds 88 diagnosed PO 446 evap vent control problem

Your code means:

P0446 onepx.gif EVAP Canister Purge Vent Blocked

Some of the possible causes:

EVAP vent fresh air hose is clogged, kinked or restricted
EVAP Vent solenoid is contaminated, damaged or has failed
FTP sensor is out-of-calibration, damaged or "skewed"
PCM has failed

All tough thing for a lay person to check. You don't have to take it to the dealer, any repair garage that has the proper equipment can fix this for you.
