Strange noise? A click? A racheting sound? Can you describe the noise? Have you checked to see if your battery is fully charged (just because you battery runs the radio or the lights doesn't mean that it has sufficient power to turn the starter)?Strange noise? A click? Re: Use to have some delay in start now wont start
If your battery voltage is good and its just clicking but wont start it sounds like you have a wiring fault to the starter if the starter has been changed. you will need to check that you have at least 12v to the starter and from the starter .

Your ignition switch is going bad. The strange noise is the starter remaining engaged and locked to the flywheel. Your best bet is to have the starter tested at your local auto parts store, to deduce that it is not, in fact, your starter.
When you brake you hear a strange noise. The sounds brakes may make, should be something you are familair with.
When doing 45 mph plus, the car starts to shake. Now tell me, youv'e not experienced this many times in your life!
Turning left or right could be a worn steering rack, mostly because you never change power steering fluid,or upper strut bearings or any other suspension parts starting to wear. Or, it's just you noticing different sounds, than when it was new.
When you turn the wheel too far to either side, you hear the power steering pump squealing and telling you to stop. Another bad practice.
Now I would conclude, that you need to strip all four brakes off the vehicle and completely go through some sort of brake repair or service. I hope you already figured that.
Sounds like a bad starter solenoid, usually cheapest and easiest to replace the starter and solenoid as a unit. It is always best to check for power between the solenoid and the starter with a test light, if the solenoid clicks but the test light doesn't light up you have found the problem in the solenoid.
Are you positive its the fuel pump? Have you tried running the pump with the return line off to see if it pumps fuel? They don't always have to make a noise.
warm your car up to temperture. Grab the upper rediator hose. Is it warm or cool. If its cool your thermosat is stuck closed and thats why you have no heat. If that works fine I would look at your heater core next.
