My honda 1990 ex civic some times stalls at idle and while driving and starts again after 1 hr or so. twice it was towed to the car repair and works fine after some time.pls help,thank you

sounds like it could have ignition module failing,also possibly coil starting to go.I seen same problem on 92 hatchback,put module and coil on and runs fine.goodluck...

I would suggest an ignition module. If it is a rough idle at startup I would check the throttle position sensor. You can check that by starting the car and unplugging the TPS. If the car runs differently then chances are it is working fine.
