It sounds like it could be but if on front it would shake the steering wheel,, and if no rear you would find it going very slow as the tyre would make the car go bump,,, but it could also be the Tail shaft if under the car,, and steering worn which you would also feel on steering, so get the tail shaft checked out first.
Also get the g/box check out as that also could be the sameas without hearing its hard to say for sure.
In my opinion Check your car while stationary. Press gas pedal and try to hear. If this sound comes from engine, then check engine. If it comes while driving then one of your wheel bearing needs to be changed. Which side? It depends where the noise comes from.

I did check the motor, i reved the engine while a friend watched the motor. he said it wasnt vibrating. and except a slight humming we couldnt hear the noise so i am guessing it is a tire problem. how hard much work and $ would changing a wheel bearing cost? and thank you;
