What engine do you have and have you pin pointed the area of the noise like the trans, drive shaft, differentail, hub bearings?

check to see if there is fluid in the front diff. Sounds to me like a locked up pinion bearing.

I drive a 2011 Dodge Ram. When I start the truck it starts with a loud rotating noise. As I start to drive it has a very loud humming noise and gets louder as I accelerate.

Bad idler pulley (belt), bad alternator bearings, water pump..pretty much anything driven by the belt would be primary suspect. If all that checks out bad engine bearings are also a possibility. As well.

Humming sound when you drive

check the u- joints for looseness. The humming noise may be harmonic vibration from u- joints, un balanced drive shaft, or incorrect operating diff angles.. Check what tires you are running as certain tread patterns will produce a hum on certain hard surfaces.

Humming noise when car is moving

most likely if its a hum it could be tires , if its a roar it could be the drive train

support the vehicle on jack stands , start the engine , put in drive and let it idle, if noise is gone ...its the tires if not check the drive train ...start with fluid levels
