Is the temperature hot? Usually it means your overheating. Check coolant level. If it is good then get the thermostat and cooling fan checked.

How do I purge the cooling system?

With the engine cold, turn the heating controls to hot, remove the coolant cap, start the engine and leave running on idle till the car gets to working temperature (so the thermostat opens) watch the coolant bottle to see if air bubbles escape (purges) then leave running till no air bubbles are seen (about another 15mins) then put the coolant cap on BEFORE turning engine off!

How would my car run without the radiator fan

bubbling at the RAD cap to the expansion tank is.:
1: overheating, and all cars overheat, parked, running and no fan.
2: blown head gasket. or far worse....
3: bad rad cap, the gasket is bad in side it.

the FSM covers the fan test, read that.
or login to alldata.com and read engine cooling. section.

If its running hot and says check coolant level and the water bubbles out of the radiator cap does that mean water pump or cylinder

engine have back pressure that cause overheating or engine runs hot. could be, ( yes, cylinder) the piston rings. but the cooling system is the other system you have to look into. check the engine thermostat, if found faulty, replace it.

Air bubbles in water reserve tank while engine is running

Persistent bubbles indicate a leaking cylinder head gasket. To confirm this have a shop with a engine gas analyzer problem the coolant tank and see if any combustion gases (hydrocarbons) are present, if it indicates there are you have a leaking head gasket.

White smoke coming out behaind from exoust pipe ,mostly when I driving in uphillroad, the car is BMW E43 520i 1992.buy engine run properly ,Thanks

Are you losing antifreeze from your radiator? If so, check the radiator for air bubbles with engine running. If bubbles are coming up in the radiator, you could have a head gasket problem.

Air bubble in coolant.

Replace the thermostat. That is the only cause of the bubbles.
