Mahindra scorpio 2002 model crde engine oil coming to air separator n turbo inlet from oil sump

Hi
Turbo cars do drag some oily residue through the inlet system and, if the hose seals are worn, wil drip oil. This is all ok..just clean up the hoses and fit new seals. Make sure you always flush engine oil and use a new oil filter with the CORRECT engine oil.
If the airways are not correctly serviced, air mass meters, sensors, throttle body, egr will all get clogged up.
Regular service saves money.
Cheers

Fitted new turbo to 2.0 hdi repaced engine oil/filter airfilter cleaned out all air/intake hoses oil feed pipes cleaned and clear problem when engine gets warm and you rev for 30 secs so turbo cuts in then...

something not right here and without my greasy oily hands on it its difficult to say ,could be worn piston rings ,engine breather too much oil ,or a secondhand turbo thats worse than the one you took off ,check the engine breather first and the filter in it isnt blocked or missing

Hello, do you think that something`s wrong when (B5234T1 engine after master renew) with full throttle the pressure indicator goes a bit over rev? thx

If you are refering to the turbo guage, check the routing and connection on all air/vacuum hoses. also check all hoses connected to the turbo and intercooler for leaks.

TURBO NOT BOOSTING

Hello, I am a Saab technician from upstate new york. It sounds to me that the turbo wastegate rod may be seized to the turbo control valve. The easiest way to try to fix this is to spray penetrating oil on the turbo valve/ wastegate rod and work it back and forth with a pry bar. Many times u can also heat this up with a torch and pray. If those two things don't work than the turbo valve itself is seized into the guide hole machined into the turbo. good luck.

Engine oil get less every two weeks in my pajero 4m40

Diesels do lose a little oil out the blow-by tube. If the engine temp. is higher then normal then you will lose more then normal amounts. If you are not leaking it then you are burning it, Possibly worn rings, head-gasket, or oil leak inside turbo. 68 MPH and higher doesn't sound unusual, is the engine still stock?
