You have Air in the Power steering System and it needs to be bleed out, And to do this if you Jack the two front wheels off the ground and Let them Hang free so there is No Load on the steering at all. please put some type of stands under the car, You will need more power steering fluid but before you add this you need to start your Car and turn the steering Wheel Slow from left to Right a few times, You will hear a wearing Notice come from the pump and you will see more fluid come out of the pump as well, that is the air trying to bleed its self out. The fluid coming out will be air rated lots of bubbles in it, Now that you have done this the Noise from the pump should start to go quite at this Point you can start to Add the New power steering fluid slow to the reservoir and keep turning the steering wheel from left to right slow (Never Fast but slow ) Have a lot of rags to clean the Mess. Hope this helps you. :)
It appears it is under the AC Compressor. Both appear to share a belf for their repsective pumping activities. It should be possible to locate by tracing the hoses from the Power Steering Fluid resevoir (where you add fluid) to the devices behind pullies under the the air filtration system

Add power steering fluid, have some one start engine, and turn wheel as far as it will go, that will put pressure on power steering pump, now you can look for the leak, while it's under pressure, good luck.Hope this was very helpful.
Make sure that your vehicle is parked on a level surface and the engine is cool before you check fluid levels. Power steering fluid and other fluids read at different levels when warm instead of cool. Locate the power steering fluid reservoir. It is located under the hood of your Toyota Corolla on the passenger side next to the engine. The reservoir is connected to the power steering pump. Remove the cap and use the dipstick to check the fluid level. For the most accurate reading, clean off the dipstick with a rag first, then re-insert and remove for the fresh reading. Add automatic transmission fluid or power steering fluid approved for use in Toyota vehicles if the fluid is below the low level mark. Add fluid gradually to keep for over filling the reservoir. this will help.thanks.
