Where is the thermo time switch located on a 93

The fan circuit consists of a 30 amp fusible link and a relay in the engine compartment fuse/relay block and the thermo-switch on the little coolant manifold near the driver side end of the engine. The relay is the one on the far right side with the fusible link just below it. I would question the thermo-switch first. To test the circuit you can short the wire that goes to the thermo-switch to ground, with ignition switch on, and the fan should run. It not then check and relay. See the attached diagram for thermo-switch location. Do not take the part numbers on the diagram for gospel. I drew this up several years ago. I do not have my Camry so I cannot totally verify the above. I tried to post an answer several days ago but was not logged in at the time and they would not post it!

check the 25 amp fuse that had fan rad on it . Check the fuses under the dash. Finally replace the fan switch in the head as it may not be communicating with the CPU to put power through the fan relay

he coolant thermo sensor is located on the outlet to the upper radiator hose. It has green connector and facing up. Air thermo sensor is inside airflow meter housing.

Additional:

Remove the 2 wire connector lead. If the fans start up immediately, the temp fan switch is faulty.

If you measure the sensor, using a multimeter on ohms, it will read around 0.5 ohms. Put the sensor into boiling water and measure the sensor again. It will only have risen to around 2.5 to 3.0 ohms. This confirms that it is unserviceable.

well does sound like a fuel problem but can also be a coolant temp sensor problem,sensor may be give computer false temp and it causes lean fuel mixture at first start, also you may want to check that fuel preasure at no start condition make sure its at specs, it can also be bad sparkplug wires or cap not sending enough spark,good luck.

the power window fuse, which is linked to several other systems, should be in the kick-panel fusebox on the driver's side. there should also be a circut breaker for the motors, probably behind. the glovebox

Fuse box is by drivers left knee. Above this are the flashers and about 3 inches above this is the circuit breaker for the windows and door locks. breaker is silver, about 1/2 by 5/8 inch and in the center is the button you need to push in to reset. I used an unbent paper clip to press it. Make sure unit is not energized. May need to unplug breaker first. Press in center button until it clicks.

did you look under the hood for the power distribution box ? its black and say 3 inches wide and maybe 8 inches long .. under the lid will be a diagram of what is what in there.. thanks Jerry

85 and 86 are switch wires.
30 and 87 are power wires. (one of these go to fan) not' the one that has constant power 12+
