Power steering fluid is low. check and top it up or you risk damaging the pump.

after topping up to the full mark, turn the steering lock-to-lock several times to purge any air from the system then refit the lid. Take care not to get any dirt into the open pump and only use the correct steering fluid for your car or you may find the seals rot and leak, a steering rack for your car is over £600 plus a LOT of labour believe me.

Creaking noise when turning steering wheel

Grab a grease gun with a needle fitting. Puncture your ball joint boots and grease them internally. They might just be dry and the fitting might not be getting grease where needed. Try that.

Moaning noise in steering column

The probably lubed the intermediat shaft conenction. The loud poping noise could be from them not sitting the boot back correctly. Inspect your boot. As for the moaning noise Only thing I can think of is a hydraulic noise.
