First check the hose clamps they can break and or loose tension replace with a worm clamp. if fluid is coming out of cap you have a return hose collapsed or a steering rack bad.

There is a leakage of oil in my power steering system and i want to find the problem . what do you recomend me to do ?

check the most obvious places first, like the power steering bottle for the fluid, the pipes coming from the bottle , follow the pipes back as far as you can checing for any oil or leaks. they sometimes leak from the steering rack although this may be difficult to tell unless you can get under the car.

The steering rack ahs small seals and sometimes these perish, they are very cheap.

Hope this helps

2001 dodge 2500 diesel oil leak in front of power

The power steering pump is piggie backed to the vacuum pump. The seal in the back of the vacuum pump has engin oil under presure behind it cousing a leak that gets worse over time. Cummins make a seal kit to fix this leak.
