Just make sure your getting fuel at each injector by cracking them open a little when cranking it over. As long as your getting fuel, and it cranks fast enough, it is impossible for it to NOT start. Deisel engines can be started also with a quick spray of starter fluid, it has to fire, there's nothing to stop it from starting. Just keep at it and be sure it's getting fuel at every cylinder and cranks fast enough. Your only other problem could be the injector pump out of time if you have done anything ay all with it. Best not to have touched that injector pump in the first place, EVER. Lotsa luck pal, ya just gotta stay on it.

SOURCE: I have a Hyundai accent

I believe your problem is with your crankshaft sensor. You may not have had to change glow plugs. Your problem seems to be with spark. If you change this part ,the crankshaft sensor, you should be OK. This sensor is located at the left front of your engine. Please let me know how you make out. GOOD LUCK.

I changed the battery and the 4x glow plugs but still cant start in the morning

I just saw a video where a fellow purchased 8 aftermarket glow plugs and also couldn,t start his vehicle. He brought vehicle to a very good diagnostician and found, that 5 out of 8 glow plugs were bad. Check resistance of glow plugs and with fully charged battery try again. Good Luck Friend.

My Hyundai Matrix car is not starting. When I turn the key to start the car it tumbles but won't turn on. I know that it is not the battery because we took the same battery and installed it into

got same symptoms with my hyundai matrix. Engine just stalled when car is not in motion (i.e traffic light, traffic jam), plus a cylinder misfire. I went online for some search (this site included). Then went for OBDII diagnostic.

Its the Crank Position Sensor/Crank Sensor/ CKP Sensor or whatever it is called. Had that replaced, and she's been back to well behaved since.

I was on my 2007 YZF R6S, got in a small accident a couple days ago. I couldn't stop fast enough and hit into the back of a car, not real hard but broke the front plastics. But now my bike won't...

I'm sorry but I believe you have this posted in the wrong product category? Please re-post the question in the proper category if this is the case, otherwise you have my apologies. This is the car and truck problem category

Glow plug for diesels

year model? Engine size? I need a little more information than ford won't start when cold. I would guess either the glow plug relay or the actual glow plugs themselves are bad, but usually the glow plug relay, because if it were just one or two glow plugs it would start, but run like ****.

Hyundai santa fe 02 glow plugs

If I am Correct, This is not a Diesel Burning Car Right???? If not you will not have Glow Plugs. Glow Plugs were only Installed on Diesel Engines to Preheat the Motor Before Start.
