The backup lights on my 2002 Chrysler Town and County don't work. The bulbs appear OK, and I don't see a fuse for them in the main fusebox.

Replace them with a brake light bulb to check if the bulb is really good.

Blinkers don't work at all. Where can I find the fuse or relay? I'm very frustrated. I need help.

Chris, fuse could be down under the dash to the left kind of near where your left knee would be when you are driving or under hood (engine compartment) in the fuse/relay center.
It could also be faulty flasher, wiring, etc
I will post some trouble shooting links for you.

1998 chrysler town &country brake lights dont work but the 3rd one does

do your dash lights go out too? .. corroded wires (you can do an insulation breakdown test), or its grounding out in the console, but that would most likely blow the fuse. check to make sure u r looking at the right fuse too, wires can be connected to other random components, for example you may find your horn doesnt work either. and being as you have 3 brake lights, it may be possible they are on 2 diff fuses

hope this helps some!

2002 town & country dash, instrument lights do not work. is it a fuse or bulb? How do I fix?

Not likely a bulb problem if they are all out. Check the dimmer, Check the owners manual to see what else is powered by the same fuse. See if anything else on the same circuit is not operating. If it is a fuse you probably have a spare fuse in the fuse panel. If not - a small box of fuses can be purchased for a few dollars.
