Was it working before oil change?Right by the oil filter is the oil pressure switch,it could of been knocked loose when changing oil filter,mine sometimes comes loose when I remove oil filter.It may have a rubber boot cover.
Are you saying there is no fuel pressure in the line, or just after the filter ? ? If there is pressure before but not after the filter, the filter is usually blocked.
some weeks ago i had similar problems with my 2001 s60,i cleaned the etm and fitted a front o2 sensor ,its now idling at around 800 and driving fine.You could try changing the o2 sensor-but remember the earlier etms are troublesome and it may be a big part of your problem,the cleaning can work in only some cases
