Did you check to see if the serpentine belt is tight or missing?
The battery light comes on to tell ou there is a problem with the charging system. It does not come on when the battery is bad. Since the alternator and the power steeringpu p are run Blythe same belt it would make sense to check the belt to make sure it is there and tight and capable of turning these accessories.
ESP (electronic stability program) and the ABS (anti-lock brake system) are the same system, you must have the system tested by the dealer when the light is on, it requires a special scanner to read the fault code that is present when the warning lights are on.
If your battery light is coming on then going off this is an indication that your alternator or your voltage regulator is on the way out. I would have both of them checked. Have your alternator load and output tested. You can usually get this done free at any auto parts store. Your alternator may be charging just enough to keep up with your vehicle, but may not be putting out optimal power.
I would idoe your car and turn everything on ac to high, lights on highbeam, winhshield wipers, radio etc. If the battery light comes on under all of this load then your alternator is bad, I am betting that it will. If you are running radio amplifier and such like that it could be requiring more energy than your alternator is rated for and you would need an alternator that puts out more power.
It's going to be the contacts to the horn, the conacts are part of the air bag one unit, what you could do for how is disconnect battery, on back side of air bag thew steering wheel small bolts, remove both bolts and disconnect horn harness not the yellow one that's air bag, or replace unit. goodluck
