Yes, but to remove the heater blower motor, you have to remove the wiper motor and linkage first. Then unclip the pollen filter from over the heater motor and disconnect the wiring from the heater motor. Remove the bolts on the pollen filter frame and remove the frame. Remove the screw holding the wiring socket to the bulkhead as well as the screws securing the heater motor. After that, you should be able to lift the heater motor from the bulkhead.

I have a 1995 Saab 900 S . My battery died and now my doors will not open . How can I fix this without going to the dealer .

Two ways

1. Use the Key.

2. Get underneath the engine. Find the starter motor. Put the positive lead of a battery charger on the positive lead of the starter and the negative to any earthed part of the engine or body. Wait 5 minutes and open as normal.

How to replace blower motor on a 1997 saab 900 se. I need a diagram of where it is located....thanks

The blower motor is located behind the firewall in the engine compartment. You can access it by removing the plastic cover above the firewall beneath the windshield.Remove the screws securing the firewall. You now have access to the blower motor but it has to be separated from the evaporator housing. The complete list of instruction are too many to list here.Go to the website SAABNET and do a search on the bulletin board New Generation 900 section and post your question. You can print the instructions out.

The fan does not turn on when I turn on the a/c or heater in my 1996 saab 900 se

It's most likely the blower motor resistor or relay. My money is on the resistor. It's a pretty common issue on all makes and models of vehicles. I'm not sure where yours is located. Domestic cars and trucks have them on the top of the blower motor housing which is behind the glove box on the passenger side. A few torx bit screws remove the box liner, and a socket removes the couple of nuts holding the resistor on. Other than that, it's just a pigtail wire harness that plugs into it. Pretty easy job. The resistor for your vehicle (96 Saab 900 SE) is $53.99 locally here in Minnesota.

I need an engine diagram for a 1995 saab 900 se V6

A SAAB dealer should be able to print one out for you. BTW that engine is practically identical to the V6 used in a caddy Catera, and Saturn Ion. Those diagrams would be the same, so you might want to search that also.
