[you"ll find it in front passenger side]. if siiting in vehicle on passenger side left hand side were you will see a panal next to ac and radio you you will see a hidden compartment with a slot large enough for your hand to fit and pull out manually that is were it is located

Could be a few different things. One is the CV joints are going bad and may be in need of replacement.
Usually there is a clicking sound assosiated with this. If so you will want to replace the whole axil and not just the joint. you can usually look at the CV boot to see if it is torn or leaking.
The other thing could be your left tire may have thrown its weight and caused it to become un-balanced .

The fuel filter is usually located on the drivers side by the sub frame under the car next to the brake lines.

to give you the best and correct info, one would need to do a full visual insection of the car,worst case is a twisted chassis,best is a worn bush(any)best of luck with the dealer,

The fuse box in the 06 ion is under the floor covering on the drivers side seat. Just move the seat all the way to the rear and then starting in the front near the pedals pull up the floor covering which is attached by velcro.

This noise is ussually right under your feet,It will need new stabalizer bushings and brakets.

The dirt road might have a little to do with it, but it's just a typical sensor that goes bad in the emmission system.
