I was installing a radio when the power wire from the car arced off of the radio , now ive cheacked for blown fuses and cannot find any and now there is no power to the sterio at all

RHR means what?
all radios (most) have wire called, 12vdc memory wire,.
if that wire is cut broken shorted or fuse to it blown memory will be dead. it is that simple.
or installed wrong, did someone do that?, or is radio stock like it was 2011.? then is fuse blown.
RHR I think is Dodge real radio name best I can tell (vast radios exist)
Dodge (FCA) calls those fuses, IOD.
there is one for the radio too, day 1 new out the door
and the factory pulls them all , just before the cars ship to the dealer.
so the battery is not a wreak on deliver.
Iignition OFF , drains, is the name or as we ETs call it memory power. and is.

newer cars the RADIO is married to the BCM
and if IOD blown or comms fail

fuses need to be tested, if the LOOK good, they can be bad

got a voltmeter,
make sure the ground wire is 0volts , key on, radio on.
then make sure all 12vdc power wires, on radio have 12vdc.
some have 3.lines. (and a 12v out to antenna motor (skip that)
radio power, memory, and dial lamp.
the radio power must be hot. or radio will be DEAD.

it's that simple , any DMM even the dirt cheap one at walfart does this.
the meter will never lie to you, and can also check your bad fuses.

Check your fuse panel for a blown fues if there is one blown and it keeps blowing after replacing check for a broken or pinched wire especially in the door jam

The radio uses a constant power to retain memory(stations,settings,ect.) and switched power to run on. It sounds like there is a problem with the constant power connection. You can first check the fuse box for any blown fuses and replace any that are found. Also look around the battery for any wires with an inline fuse that could be broken. Try looking under the dash near the radio for any inline fuse holders that could have a blown fuse. You might need to pull the radio and start tracing the constant 12v power wire. First verify that it does have power and if it does then the radio may have been damaged from a voltage spike when the new battery was installed. If the wire does not have power then you will need to start tracing the wire back to the source of the short. It sounds to me like a blown fuse somewhere....

THEN THATS GOOD CHEACK THE WRES CONNECTED TO THE RADIO MANY INSTALLERS USE POOR TECHNIQUES TO CONNECT THE WIRES TWISH TOGETHER AND TAPE! Soldered connections that are shrink wrapped and carefully routed and tied off work good and look like the manufactor of the car did it the power or ground wires way have disconnected cheak them as most aftermarket radios tell whitch wires are to be power and what kind ( key on, Battery, dash liughts,) and the ground. If these all test good then the radio mayhave blown it's fuse. ( a speaker wire could be crossed) if all appears good even though you gave good money for the radio their not worth fixing them for internal damage and it's timefor anew one
