GM's batteries are worthless try an auto parts store most will do diagnostics for free i would say your alternator is intermittent they can load test it to find out
the regulator is usually the weakest link--do u see it in the repair manual-nevr replace parts til u kno the cure--howevr ur wiring may not be secure-inspect
That click is the window off tract. You need to pull the door panel off and have a look at the tract and regulator. Sounds off track to me. The fact that it is click tells me that the power feed is not the issue and the fuses are working fine or you would not hear any "clicking."
With your hood open, look for several large and long (probably black) wires. Follow these (ignition) wires to your engine block. Where each wire ends you will find a spark plug.
