There is not a reset for the tire pressure monitor system, the system resets its self when all tires are inflated to the proper psi. 35 psi . dont forget about the spare. if all tires are properly inflated check the "2nd set" switch. it is located under the dash on the passenger side. sometimes they get bumped accidently. unless you have a 2nd set of wheels with sensors the switch should be set to "main"

2008 Lexus ES 350 low tire pressure warning light

1) go to a gas station with an air pump. Unless u have an inflator/compressor at home with the tireattachment

2) lower all 5 air pressures including the spare in the trunk to maybe about 28 PSI

3) now reset the TPMS (on the 07 there is a button to "calibrate" the TPMS and it is located under the dash. I presume it is the same on the 08.)

4) now bring the pressue back up to 30/32 or whatever it says on the door area

If this doesn't work, it is possible u have a defective TPMS
but my bet right now would be that someone "calibrated" the TPMS to the current tire pressure so the light is constantly on. It happened to me before when my daughter was messing around and hit that button.

How do I reset the low tire pressure on my lexus 430 - year is 2005 - manual shows a reset button that I do not have - also _ I do have a navigation system

First make sure all of the pressures are good. Just above the accelerator pedal are two buttons, one says "tyre" on it as well as a knob to adjust the beep level. (If yours in NOT located here then look on the top area of the left kick panel)
Press and hold the button for at least 5 seconds until you hear a beep. This will reset the pressure gauges.

If it does not reset then the battery in one of the wheel sensors may have gone dead. (Wheel Sensor Battery replacement is not a cheap fix!) Kelly

Need to know how to reset the low pressure tire warning light

If your vehicle has similar controls like my 2006 Sequia. put the ignition in the ON position... then press the Tire Pressure Monitor Reset button (it is located on the dashboard button right beneath the streering wheel column).. press it for 4 to 5 seconds till you see the pressure monitor light come on and then go off. That should reset the system.

Make sure you check the spare tire too; had this problem on another model and the dealer said it was the spare which is also monitored.  Good news in case you need it one day.
