95 Bonneville 3800 series 2
Engine wants to start, and does fire, but very little to no fuel in rail. On ignition pump pressurizes up to 10psi. (should be 45-55 from my information) and drops to 0 when cranking. Just replaced sending unit and pump (which were both completely shot).

Fixexpert, Hondachopper, RonaldSuboc, Kevin000, Chad7, please step off, you are ALL WRONG, and your info is 100% USELESS.
If you HAD ANY experience re this issue, you would KNOW THE FOLLOWING:
Kkvesr, What you need to look for, is the main ECU ground point at the LF rocker panel rail; lift the carpet to see this, between the seat and the rocker...there are several wires going to a corrugated "star washer". If you are NOT getting a ground pulse in the RED wire, your main ECU ground, at the wire position described above, may be corroded. if so, no injection.
This is a very common problem, unique to the Bonneville.
Please advise me if this helps, and thanks for choosing FixYa.

Yes you just have to swap all the brackets, and poss oil pan and oil pump, and poss intake, which i would do before installing motor due to the fact they are known to leak oil into the coolant.(the ihtake gaskets).
