I have a 1991 Subaru legacy wagon 5 speed and a 1993 Subaru legacy wagon automatic I was wondering can I use the 1991 wagon for a full manual swap

Yes these cars are the same as far as parts go.
You will need to change some wiring on the automatic car for the manual swap to work without changing the wiring harness.

I have a 92 legacy sedan with bad motor. Bought a 92 legacy wagon turbo. Do I have to change wire harness in front with computor, or can I change just computor?

hi im presuming your old car is non turbo if so you will have to change a lot of parts over to make it work, you will have to replace entire engine loom, the ecu will need changed over then the fuel pump and all of the fuel lines will need to be replaced with the bigger turbo model ones to keep up also the trans will bolt strait up but will be the major weak point so swap over if possible.

Turns over but wont start like its getting no gas

A car engine needs 3 things to start. 1. compression 2. a spark 3. fuel Assuming your engine is ok, you've lost either spark or fuel. Get a can of starting fluid and spray into the throttle body. try to start. if it starts, you're problem is fuel related (clogged filter, fuel pump, relay etc) if it still doesn't start, you've got no spark (coil, module, wiring harness, computer)

Wont start turns over fast

When you say it turns over FAST how does it sound when it turns over, or do you mean it has plenty of battery power to turn the engine over ?
EGR wires melted is not good. Must find out why they melted. Melting wires means shorting out electrical system, not good.
Do you have spark ?, fuel to the fuel rail ?

Replaced clogged 2002 grand am inline fuel filter. Engine turnes over and attempts to start but will not crank. The engine is receiving plenty of fuel. Could the computer- ized engine timing be off? If so,...

try drying out the plugs possibly flooded,, if its flooded try drying the plugs out and let the engine sit to dry the cylinders out.. the timing never goes out on computerized ignition, replace the plugs and ignition wires and test the coil resistances. 3 coils test between each coil where the ignition wires go KEY OFF, they should be 5 to 6 thousand ohms each if not replace the bad coil.. also did you pinch the fuel line check it for kinks ...good luck

Car wont start

First, look for broken or loose wires in the ignition circuit, and the coil wires. Then try fuel filter. Then, ignition module, coil, and timing. It could also be dirty or clogged injectors.

Turns over but wont start.

Start by checking if it's a fuel or fire problem. Take a plug wire off and turn motor over.If there is fire, Take the hose going from the air cleaner to the throtle body off and spray a small amount of carb. cleaner in.If it's a fuel prob.,check the fuel pump relay (under the hood in a black box) (swap the relay out with another relay in the box ) If the relay is o.k., it's probly the fuel pump. If it;s a fireing prob., start with the coil and wires going to the coil.

Wont start

no fuel issue. check fuse for fuel pump check fuel pump fuel pump relay fuel filter could be pluged.if you turn engine over acouple turns and stop you should hear fuel pump buzz.also check wires at ignition coil for corrostion or broken fuel pump relay gets its singnal for negitive side of coil.
