Horn relay could be bad too.

It is under the hood in the fuse and relay center. Refer to the owner's manual for exact location in the fuse box.

I searched "VW polo manual" & got loads of hits. Including. www.ownersmanualsforcars.com as well as a number of other sites which looked to be useful. Suggest you try this.

There are FUSES in the engine side, open ur engine hood, the fuse box should be at the top of ur fender inside the engine compartment!

you might find the fuse diagram on the inside of the fuse box cover under the hood.....hope this helps.....cheers

Consult your Car Owner manual to locate where the Fuse Box is located: Check the appropriate fuse(s) for the appliances in your car that are not working - I suspect that the AirCon, RearWiper and Fog lights are sharing the same fuse as it would be extremely unusual to have 3 separates fuses blown at the same time. ps. The Polo usually has some spare fuses in/near the Fuse Box.
