The code will tell you which O2 sensor it is.
The code will point to either bank 1 sensor 1; bank 1 sensor 2; bank 2 sensor 1; bank 2 sensor 2.

From what I remember with a focus, it should only have 2 sensors, sensor 1 will be located before the cat, and sensor 2 will be located after the cat.

In the exhaust 1 before converter and another after. depending on code (bank 1 sensor1 with is frist sensor before cat and bank 1 sensor 2 which is after cat) good luck.

Hi my ford focus Mk1 has is consuming loads of fuel and the diagnostics is saying that "Bank 1 Sensor 1 is present" but when I click on Bank 1 Sensor 2 the voltage is zero. Also, the "load" dial reads 48 -50%. Does this mean Sensor 2 post cat is faulty. The rev counter is hunting all the time and the fuel consumption is poor.

    Have changed

    1) sparks
    2) Air Flow Mass Meter
    3) IAC
    4) TPS
    5) Coil pack
    6) Air filter
    7) Oxygen sensor Pre cat {this reduced the load to 25%)

Trouble codes for 2003 Chevy Blazer

Code 155 is for a problem with the heater circuit in the O2 sensor for bank two. Bank two is on the side with cylinder number two.
Usually the sensor is faulty, but the heater circuit would need to be checked to be sure. The sensor has a built-in heater to get it hot quickly after starting the engine.

Trouble code P0171, P2195 Ford Focus

Even though your O2 sensor is showing good by your scan, it could be lazy in giving readings. It has less than a 10 second window to give the reading especially if it is a heated O2 sensor. Try a Bosch unit.

Engine light on and idling rough

What code(s) are coming up when scanned?

You said you changed "the" O2 sensor? I believe your vehicle has two O2 sensors. One is located upstream from the catalytic converter and the other is located downstream from it. Is it possible that you changed one and left the other?
