Unbolt the ignition switch from the top of the steering column and use a flat screw driver to slide the switch. To remove the steering lock pull the steering wheel and remove the lock collar then take the lock pin out and put everything else but the pin back together.
You'll still need to unlock the steering wheel and shift lever. This can only be done with the key or by breaking the collar for the keyswitch. Either it is very difficult, and best left to the hands of a proffesional.
