U need a 13 mm wrench to take off the piece of medal that goes over the battery there is 3 bolts , and a 5/16 box wrench to take off the 2 battery cables

It is located in the valley between the cylinders. You can loosen the throtle body, all the bolts holding the intake manifold and then lift the manifols just enough without disturbing the fuel rail to gain access from the lest side of the car to the right. This can be done with common tools and the gaskets on the manifold and TB can be reused if not damaged.
There is corrosion at the positive battery cable and the terminal is probably about to fall out of the battery. Clean battery terminals, replace bolts and spacer if applicable and recommend battery replacement
