Bulbs are good, fuse is good, changed flasher and same result. What next????
I have the same prob. with mine (93 regal). If you have any play at all in the turn signal switch on the steering column the issue is likely inside the column. I spent $500 last summer and the prob came back twice after that. They fixed it both times at no additional cost but the issue started again a few weeks later and they wouldn't touch it or refund money. You can only get to it by pulling the steering wheel. I am gonna try it myself if I can find a puller at a resonable cost. Go to a good reputable mechanic (pref. someone you use regularly) if you can. Good luck, I hope it turns out better than mine..
Check and make sure the flasher you changed is for the turn signals and not the hazzards. If all is okay there test the turn signal switch itself and the hazzard switch. You want to check the hazzard for it overrides the turn signal switch. To check see if you get current to the flasher. If not go to switches. If you do you have a wiring problem. Make sure you are checking things with a test light.
