Codes are Po442,PO420,PO131 and PO401.I beleive these all have to do with exhaust emission or leaks

po121 is throttle position sensor is out of range.po442 is emissions system leak detected small leak.po455 is same as po442 but large leak.po496 is high purge flow . Check all the vacuum lines plastic also cause one of them is broken.

At 100,000 miles the front Oxygen Sensors need to be replaced

code p0442 refers to evaporative emission (EVAP) system--small leak detected====causes hose connection/s---intake leak--EVAP canister---EVAP canister purge valve
it also refers to evaporative emission system --large leak detected (fuel cap loose/ off)===causes---mechanical fault--hose connection/s--EVAP pressure sensor.

all the codes you have listed are concerning the exhaust/emissions and random misfire , check all air intake hoses for leaks/wear etc ,check condition of spark plugs renew if in doubt ,take it from there

P1443 is an EVAP code which means the purge control solenoid.P0401 is an EGR valve and code p0420 is a catalytic converter.

p1443 is Purge control solenoid , p0420 is catalytic converter and Egr vale for code p0401

Well, the po401 is saying is that the egr valve has restricted flow. After changing the egr and the tube, something else is causing the restriction. a more thorough diagnosis is recommended. The po420 code sounds like a possible catalyst failure or an o2 sensor failure.

P0174 means Fuel Trim too Lean (Bank 2)

P0401 means Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Insufficient Detected

P0420 means Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)

Check for air leak into system after MAF.

Check for

vacuum leaks on intake manifold,

the air tube between the air filter.

intake manifold vacuum hose.

po442 is evap emission control system leak (small) 1 of the lines for emissions is leaking. po455 is-- emission control system leak (large). turn off light with code scanner after it is fixed.
