No fuel pressure. Changed fuel pump, checked fuses and relays. Jumped fuel pump relay and got fuel pressure. Checked cps sensor(not sure if checked right).

Check fuses #1 #2 #9 #10 #11 #12 in the battery junction box under the hood to make sure they are good

Check fuse #8 in the central fuse box inside the car

well to me sounds like you ne to replace the body control module

Possible crank position sensor

firstly check if you have a pressure sensor in the fuel manifold . If you have then it controls power to the ECM to the pump relay to the pump and switches the pump off when fuel pressure in the manifold is reached . Also check for a fuel emergency shut off switch that you may have to reset

Have you checked the Fuse?

Swap the fuel pump relay with the A/C relay and see if the problem continues. the A/C relay and the fuel pump relay are the same. If it continues, the fuel pump may be getting overheated and will intermittently shut down. The CPS will certainly do something similar but you wouldn't have spark either.

you can manually actuate the relay if you want. Take the cover off, and push the contact over with a screwdriver and see if you can hear the pump. Have you checked to see if there's power to the relay, both the control side and the side providing power to the pump? There's two different circuits involved here, so you have to make sure they're both ok. If you have power before the relay, and power coming out of the relay headed to to pump, then your problem falls between the relay and the pump. Other things to consider, are the fuel pressure sensor, and oil pressure sensor. Some vehicles will not turn the pump on if they sense no oil pressure after a couple of seconds. Secondly, if the fuel pressure sensor is telling the pump that there's plenty of pressure, (even if there's not) it'll shut the pump down. Hope this helps you.

how did you jump the fuel pump relay, by bypassing the relay or by applying power to contact that closes the relay? If you bypassed the relay completely you need to b ench test the relay you can do this easily by using any 12v dc power source. If you tested the fuel pump relay by applying power to the relay and the pump run and developed pressure. I suspect a wiring or ground issue. Good luck

Have you checked your fuel pump pressure since you changed your fuel pump? And I guess you changed your fuel pump relay since you said you changed every relay. What about your ASD relay (Auto shutdown Relay)? Your fuel pump pressure at idle no load should be 35-45 if it stays running that long. That is for a 5.9 engine, not sure what you have. Here are some of the suggestions:
STARTS BUT STALLS:
Check coolant temperature sensor
Check crankshaft position sensor
Check TPS and connector (if applicable)
Check ignition and sensor wires for proper connection
Check fuel injectors
