I have a bmw 323i with bosch Kjetronic, i have

I have a 1982 bmw 323i with bosch Kjetronic, i have replaced the warm up regulator & the cold start air regulator, the injectors have been taken out for cleaning/ pattern check and they were not very good, after operation on the hand pump they were better, is it better to replace them as they cannot be dissmantled? symptoms are irratic speeds when cold and when up to temperature a flat spot between 2500 & 3800 rpm also juddering at these revs when cruising, when accelerating hard over 4000 rpm there seems to be no problems, although there is a lack of power generally.

Have someone handy to press the gas pedal for you after the engine has warmed up well; best if driven.

While you listen at the exhaust pipe, have your helper increase the revs slowly and note whether the exhaust note changes to a hiss, instead of the sound of an engine firing.

You may have a decayed catalytic convertor and when they come apart inside, they can clog mufflers and resonators (the second, smaller muffler).

I've had this happen on more than one car and when it happened on a Fiat Strada years ago, since the routing of the system was fairly straight and made of heavier gauge stainless steel, I fired two shots with a .357 magnum into the tailpipe.
Never had another problem with it.

Your right it is hard. I usually leave the clamp on the hose to the idle vavle and pull it out with the throttle boot atatched. lossening the clamp on the throttle valve isnt easy. I actually have a long flexible driver to do that. you can use a 6 mm open wrench but it takes a few turns on the clamp.

SOURCE: My 2002 BMW 325I will not start in cold weather.

hi Fred, kind of sounds like you have a sticking, or contaminted idle valve. when it is 40-45F outside, a sticking or contaminated valve will cause the fuel mixture to be to rich. as the temp warms, the mixture requirement is not as rich. a quick check is to hold the gas pedal to the floor for 5-10 seconds when cranking cold and then let up. if it seems like it wants to start, the valve is faulty.

SOURCE: bmw 323i window regulator

I don't have a diagram for you however I do have some sound advice. If you have never changed out a window regulator, you don't want to start learning with a BMW. Believe me you will rip most of your hair out by the days end and you'll rip a lot of skin from your hands and arms. There are too numerous little tricks and rules to follow for me to list. Trust me when I say, bring it to your favorite mechanic, it doesn't have to be a dealer, but, you do not want to undertake this project.

No returning petrol on a bmw e30 323i spitronics titan management system i hav a inline pump wit pressure regulator

Hello. Either your B.M.W. doesn't have a return fuel line or, if it does, that line is blocked/restricted. The latter isn't likely because the engine might 'flood' with gas, making it hard to start/run. Keep me informed; if you want to.

My 1999 bmw 323i airconditioning goes between cold and war and was just serviced. plus the sensor on the panel says -40

The reason for a/c to go cold/warm after service is low on freon or overcharged , or it has a leak.(Sorry don't know the reason of service on your car for a/c system)
Temp. on panel -40 , ambient temp. sensor broken or wire cut off ,
very common , because it seats under bumper and can be easy tear off by curb on parking lot.

Engine keeps flooding itself, and wont start when warm

leaky fuel injectors or a bad fuel pressure regulator could be the cause. check the fuel pressure. should be 3.0 to 3.5 bar.
