Try spinning all the fuses in the fuse box. That or replace with newer style copper barrel fuses. Corrosion from copper in fuse box and aluminum on the fuse ends causes gremlins. ABS light may be low fluid or bad sensor on the ABS pump. I dont know where the convienence relay for the 190E is but it may be done. But again check the fuse fist. Also dont spin too much or you will cut the ends of the fuses off.
Check engine light could be you left something unhooked also. The code will tell you what component.. Or you may of cycled the key with something unplugged before the job was done..
You have to fix the problem with the ABS first. If you have done this, you can reset the light by leaving the battery cable (negative cable) unhooked for 15 minutes. If you have a factory radio with OEM anti-theft, be sure you know the code before you unhook the battery.
I would check the trailer light wiring to make sure it doesnt have any wires that are exposed or touching metal.Odds are that is what is causing the fuse to blow
The ABS light being on means the Anti-Lock Brake System has a problem and is shut off until repaired. The TC light should be Traction Control, which will come on when there is a problem with the ABS. If the check engine light is on then there is a issue with the engine controls, Testing will need to be done to come up with the fix to keep the lights off.
