Have you used a OBD-II scanner to find your issue? The car will help you find out what is needed to fix it. Remember to clear the settings after fixing something. This will help pinpoint your issue. If the same issue arises then the issue is another part. Read those codes supplied with the unit. It will help eliminate possible multiple problems. service bulletins, illustrations, etc. To diagnose a 2000 or 2001 1.5L Accent Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P1128 (FUEL SYSTEM LEAN -- PART LOAD), check the following:

• Check the intake system for air leaks.
• Check that the Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor (P/N 28164-22610) operation meets the specifications listed below. If the MAF sensor output is significantly lower than the reference value (10% or more), then replace the MAF sensor.

Take the car to an auto parts store and ask them to read the OBD II code(s) for you. Most of these stores do this for no charge.

The code(s) they recover will give you an indication of what the problem is.

Ebay is your best bet, might also try craigslist, etc.  I know for most cars you can also get a shop manual on Ebay that will include details on maintenance for most if not all of the car.
