po420 = catyalic converter low efficency, this means the converter is not working good, this can be caused by a bad converter or bad o2 sensors, you will need to have a scan tool hooked to computer and preform testing to see if it is the converter or bad o2 (oxygen sensor) sensors. hope this helps.
could be slightly low on charge-or cooling fan is not working-as the temp outside goes up the ac needs to be more efficent to blow cold air--and really 55 is not that cold--depending on outside conditions should be able to blow at low to mid 40 s
The parking break is a stand alone cable that can be adjusted if you climb under the vehicle. depending on your parking break location in the cab will help you better locate it under the car IE if you set your parking brake using a handle in the center of the vehicle cab, the wire is close to center under the vehicle, if you use a handle or foot pedal its on the driverside of the vehicle and Y's off to the passager side and driver side rear break

follow the cable and you will find the adjuster bolt, just tighten it to take up slack in the cable, if there is no slack you will increase the efficency of the parking break.....Dont over tighten it though cause this can cause drag in the rear breaks and shorten the lifespan of the break shoe or pad
Your number 1 O2 sensor is bad replace it. this is the O2 sensor attached to your headers. Could be faulty sensor or the air/fuel ratio is offset. But replace the sensor its not running effeciently.
