Accent cars come with a seal transmission meaning you can not add or remove oil the only place you can add oil to are your cv-joints trow a rubber cap locate around the cv housing.

under the hood there are two dip sticks one is oil and one is transmission fluid check it when running in park if low fluid goes in were the dip stick is for the tranny.the gas station has free paper funnels for adding tranny fluid
Have you changed your transmission fluid? I am assuming that it is automatic.Could be low on transmission fluid. Could also be filters in you tranny stopped up with slug/ gear shivers.Could also be band in transmission needs adjusting.
It is a proprietary Hyundai transmission fluid. Don't use anything other than the Hyundai stuff. This fluid has superb lubrication properties, but it breaks down much quicker than the specified 30,000 mile fluid change intervals. I highly recommend having both the fluid and filter changed once a year or once every 15,000 to 20,000 miles.
yes you will have to take engine and transmission out together.you will have to also take the front wheel's off, separate the lower ball joint's so you can swing the assembly to one side so the axles will come out, pry the axles from the transmission with a pry bar or large screw driver,And the best part is disconnecting all the wires from the sensors . have a nice day :-)
