Is there a fuse that controls the trunk actuator, if so , where is it located?

Hello. There is a yellow button that 'energizes' the release solenoid of your trunk/decklid on your car. That button should be either in the glove box or on the shift console. It does have a 10 amp fuse somewhere in the fuse box. Good luck and keep me informed; if you want to.

Change gear gaiter for mazda 6 2008

Remove the shift lever knob. Remove the #2 console panel by prying up with a flat screwdriver to release the clips. (The #2 panel is the one that includes your cup holders) Remove the #1 console panel (the one around the shifter) by prying straight up with a flat screwdriver to release the clips. Remove the screws securing the shifter boot (gaiter) to the bottom side of the #1 console panel.

Reverse procedure to install.

Chrysler sebring is locked in park

Had this happen to me yesterday.  Remove the liner in the cup holder.  There is a hole that you can stick your finger in to push the gear release lever forward.  If that does not work, pull up the chrome bezel around the gear shift.  there is a pink piece of plastic attached to a spring, push that down and towards the rear of the car and you should be able to shift freely until you put it in park again.  Make sure the car is running and your foot is on the brake while trying either solution.

Shift gear is locked I removed the cup holder and pushed in the lever and it still wont go into gear

If your parked on a hill you may have torque lock,if facing down hill you need to push car up hill to release shifter, if facing up hill you need to push car up hill to release shifter. To stop this from happening again apply park brake before putting into park.

Cant shift out of par 2007 sebring

There is a possibility there is a problem with the release bearing and also check the level of the oil transmission and the gear oil.
