Please help....I have a 2002 Acura TL Type S. The cruise control just stopped working. I push the buttons on the steering wheel, but no lights on the dash and the cruise control never engages. I checked the fuse under the dash and it is good. Any feedback is greatly appricated. Thanks!

Do you have buttons on the steering wheel for the cruise control ? Does your horn work ? There is a component under the steering wheel , on top of the steering column , called a clock spring ! I will include a video on it . Chrysler Van Clock Spring
check fuses at drivers foot area and clean pickups on front half shaft driveshaft nearest to wheel, and wipe off the pickup and make sure it is plugged in.
Sounds like it is a senor module out of alignment either for the brake or accelerator. should be somewhere around the upper arm of both, try adjusting them may just be out of alignment is all.
Sometimes the plastic cog on the side of the throttle body (TB) breaks. This cog is "pulled" by the cruise control accuator's cable.
To check, simply look on the side of the TB and check to see of the cable end has broken free. (The mechanisim is much like the brake cable on a bike)
So after you push the button and then press the set button in the steering wheel it does not get into cruise control ? It sounds like a minor electrical problem. If you have warranty still I think the dealership should fix it for free.
